These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of JuriSprint's software products and services available through our self-checkout at https://jurisprint.com or any successor site (the "Site" and the "Product"). By clicking "I agree," paying at checkout, or accessing the Product, you accept these Terms.

Who may use the Product
- You represent that you are using the Product for business purposes and have authority to bind your organization.
- You must comply with all applicable laws relating to your use of the Product and the data you upload.
- Any rule or law broken through your use of the Product is solely your responsibility.

Orders, pricing, taxes, and invoices
- Orders: Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject it. Access begins when we confirm the order.
- Prices: Price changes are at JuriSprint's sole discretion. Prices shown at checkout apply to that order and may change for renewals.
- Taxes: Prices are exclusive of taxes. Indian customers will be charged applicable GST. Non-India customers are responsible for VAT, sales, or similar taxes where applicable.
- Invoices: Your GST number will appear on the invoice only if you provide it at or before checkout.

Payment and billing
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By paying, you agree to their terms.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the initial term and renewals (if auto-renew is enabled).
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension until resolved.

Term, renewal, cancellation, refunds
- License term: Annual license only. The term is one year from order confirmation.
- Auto-renewal: If enabled, the license renews annually at then-current prices. You may turn off auto-renewal any time before renewal.
- Cancellation: You may cancel future renewals at any time.
- Refunds: Fees are non-refundable in all cases, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Access rights and permitted use
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Product during your paid term.
- Restrictions: You will not reverse engineer, attempt to access source code, circumvent security, build competing products, resell access to unauthorized third parties, or use the Product to process unlawful content.

Your content and data
- Ownership: You retain all rights to data and content you upload or provide ("Customer Data").
- License to operate: You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data only to provide and support the Product.
- Confidentiality: We treat Customer Data as confidential and use it only as permitted by these Terms or your instructions.

Data handling and privacy stance
- No training: JuriSprint does not use Customer Data to train foundation models or large language models.
- Security: We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Customer Data.
- Deletion: We retain data for up to 30 days after subscription expiry, then permanently delete it. You are responsible for maintaining backups.

Third-party tools use
- You may upload outputs exported from other systems. Those third parties are governed by their own terms.
- We are not responsible for availability, security, or handling of your data by third parties.

Product changes, availability, and responsibility for use
- We may improve or modify features, provided core purchased functionality remains materially similar during the paid term.
- Planned maintenance or outages may occur.
- Output responsibility: How you use outputs is solely your responsibility. The Product is not designed for safety-critical use.

Support
- Standard support is provided during business hours listed on our Site.
- Enhanced support or professional services may be purchased separately.

Intellectual property
- JuriSprint and its licensors own all rights in the Product, software, and related materials.
- Feedback: If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction and without obligation to you.

Compliance, export, and sanctions
- You will not use the Product in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or anti-corruption laws.
- You confirm you are not a prohibited party.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your employer's policies.

Warranties and disclaimers
- You warrant that you have the rights to Customer Data and that your use complies with law and policies.
- The Product and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability
- Indirect losses: We are not liable for lost profits, revenue, or indirect/consequential damages.
- Cap: Our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Product in the twelve months before the claim.
- These limits apply even if a remedy fails its essential purpose.

Indemnification
- You will defend and indemnify us from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the Product, Customer Data, or violations of these Terms, except where caused by our breach.

Suspension and termination
- We may suspend access for non-payment, security risks, or material violations.
- Either party may terminate for uncured material breach after thirty days' notice.
- Upon termination, your license ends, and you must stop using the Product.

Governing law and venue
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

- We may notify you by email or via the Site.
- Legal notices to us must be sent to contact@jurisprint.com.

Changes to these Terms
- We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Site or email.
- Changes apply from the next renewal or new order unless required earlier by law.

General
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign to affiliates or in connection with merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
- Force majeure: Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
- Severability: If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
